Cameron Byrns has been practicing Landscape Architecture for over 20 years with extensive experience in design, documentation and management of numerous scale projects within the Australian and Asian regions. 


Cameron started in the Landscape industry as a landscape contractor gaining valuable practical construction experience which, combined with his Horticulture Diploma and subsequent Landscape Architectural Degree, provides a solid foundation of technical and practical expertise.


Cameron is currently a Principal Partner of Byrns Lardner Landscape Architects and is responsible for the coordination of the landscape design process from inception through to construction documentation. This process involves working closely with the client to ensure desired outcomes are met and working with specialised consultants integrating other disciplines elements with the Landscape to create coordinated and innovative urban design. 


Byrns Lardner prides itself on the timely delivery and prompt resolution of development projects accommodating site constraints and responding to relevant legislative and regulatory requirements throughout the design and documentation processes.


More recently Cameron has been involved in the urban design of mixed use developments including Residential, Retail, Commercial and Parkland components within Australia. Byrns Lardner’s intention is to provide creatively inspired and ecologically sound developments of the highest quality delivering high quality presentation and documentation material with superior Urban Design outcomes.

Ed Lardner has been practicing Landscape Architecture for over 19 years with extensive experience in design, documentation and management of numerous scale projects within the Australian and Asian regions.


Ed started within the Landscape Architectural industry in Canberra gaining valuable experience with government projects within the Parliamentary Triangle featuring design work for Commonwealth Place. This experience provided a solid foundation of technical expertise with government processes.


Ed is currently a Principal Partner of Byrns Lardner and is jointly responsible for the coordination of the landscape design process from inception through to construction documentation. This process involves working closely with the client to ensure desired outcomes are met and working with specialised consultants integrating other disciplines elements with the Landscape to create coordinated and innovative urban design.

Cameron McLeod has been practicing Landscape Architecture for over 40 years with extensive experience in design, documentation and management of numerous scale projects around the globe.


Cameron is an experienced and passionate advocate in providing competent and innovative urban design outcomes to satisfy a diversity of cultural, social, economic and environmental situations for any community corner project of the world.


He is philosophically humanitarian and supports the right to equal opportunities among all men and women of all races and religious beliefs. 


He is cognisant of the environmental enhancement opportunities within Australia and is a keen supporter of improving sustainability within the environment for all indigenous and other communities with the support of government authorities.


He is an advocate of preserving cultural conditions and is equally keen to foster a positive integration of 21st century design philosophy and technology within all cultural communities.


He is also passionate about the opportunities that exist in promoting the skills and professional ambitions for aspiring male and female nationals of any country, in the environmental design profession in order to maintain environmental sustainability and to preserve cultural identity.

The principal design philosophy guiding Byrns Lardner and Cameron McLeod is to achieve a balance between well designed, sustainable development and the enhancement of our natural and built environments.
