A fish taco made from farm-raised perch whose poop fertilises fruit and veg within the Space10 project.
A meatless hotdog with ingredients that include spirulina, pickled mustard seeds & chives, a beetroot-black currant ketchup, curried mayo and garnished with crispy onions and micro-greens.
A variety of meatballs have been created at Space10 HQ. These include a meatball that has been artificially, lab grown, one that has been created on a 3D printer and among others a crisby meatball made with bugs.
